We’re looking for Specialist SEN Teaching & Learning Assistants to support schools, with flexible opportunities available now.
This could be the perfect role if you’re an experienced SEN TA, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker looking for more flexibility.

The Role
You’ll work alongside teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils who may require additional help with:
📚 Learning and engagement
💬 Communication
🧩 Additional and complex needs
💙 Emotional wellbeing
🌱 Confidence and independence
⭐ Positive behaviour
Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis, within small groups or across the classroom.

Your Flexibility Matters
Whether you’re looking for one or two days a week, regular work or full-time hours, we’ll work with you to find opportunities that fit.
You can also choose between staying in a regular setting or experiencing different schools and specialist provisions.
