We are currently recruiting Day Support Workers to work with children and adults with disabilities and complex needs across a range of supportive settings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys being active and wants a role where they can make a genuine difference to someone’s day.

The Role
As a Day Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs, helping them to:

• 🌟 Develop and maintain their independence
• 🤝 Build confidence and social skills
• 🎨 Take part in activities and new experiences
• 💬 Communicate and engage with others
• ❤️ Enjoy their day and get the most out of the opportunities available to them

No two days are the same! You could be supporting individuals with activities, community access, social opportunities or day-to-day tasks, depending on the setting and their individual needs.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for caring, patient and reliable individuals who genuinely want to support children and adults to live as independently as possible and enjoy meaningful experiences.
Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or complex needs is beneficial, but we’re also interested in people with transferable experience and the right attitude.
