We are recruiting Early Years Support Assistants to work across local nurseries and early years settings.

The Role
As an Early Years Support Assistant, you will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play and develop.
You could be supporting children through:

• 🎨 Creative and educational activities
• 🧸 Play-based learning
• 🌱 Supporting children’s development and independence
• 🤝 Developing positive relationships with children
• 📚 Supporting the nursery team with daily activities
• ❤️ Providing a caring and encouraging environment
• 👶 Supporting children across different age groups within the setting

Hours & Pay⏰
Hours can vary depending on the nursery and your availability, with opportunities including:

• 8:00am – 6:00pm
• 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Part-time hours
• Full-time hours
• Ad-hoc shifts

💷 £14.24 – £17.00 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to work as part of a team
