Castle Education are looking for passionate and reliable Specialist SEN Support Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools, specialist provisions and alternative settings.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy supporting children and young people with additional needs, complex learning needs, communication difficulties or behavioural challenges, and want the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

💙 The Role
As a Specialist SEN Support Assistant, you could be supporting pupils:

• On a 1:1 basis
• In small groups
• Within a classroom environment
• With additional or complex learning needs
• With communication and interaction difficulties
• With behavioural or emotional needs
• To develop confidence, independence and life skills
• To access learning and participate fully in school life

You may work across different Key Stages, although we will always aim to find you a setting and role that matches your experience, skills and preferences.
