SEND Pupil Pastoral TA 
£15.00 – £17.00 per hour | Monday – Friday | Term Time Only | Flexible Hours Available
We are currently recruiting SEND Pupil Pastoral Support Workers / Learning Support Mentors to work within specialist SEN and SEMH settings across Scarborough.

You will be working alongside experienced education teams to support pupils with a range of SEND needs, social, emotional and mental health needs, and behavioural challenges.

The role:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Providing encouragement, reassurance and pastoral support
• Helping pupils manage emotions, behaviour and daily challenges
• Supporting engagement with learning and personal development
• Building positive relationships with pupils who need additional support

Hours & Location:
📍 Scarborough
🕘 Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
✨ Flexible hours available
📚 Term Time Only (holiday pay provided)

About you:
We are looking for candidates who have experience working with children, young people, or students in some capacity.
Previous experience within education, SEN, SEMH, care, support work, youth work, mentoring, or similar settings would be highly beneficial.
