Castle Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Bridlington and the surrounding areas, supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4.

💙 The Role
As a Secondary Learning Support Assistant, you could be:
• Supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4
• Working alongside teachers to support learning
• Providing one to one and small group support
• Helping pupils to engage with their learning
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Helping pupils develop their confidence and independence
• Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Adapting support to meet individual pupil needs
• Working closely with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress
