💙 What could you be doing?
As a Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including:
• 1:1 support
• Small group work
• Classroom support
• SEN and additional learning needs
• Behaviour and emotional support
• Communication and interaction needs
• Helping children build confidence and independence
• Supporting pupils to access their learning

You don’t necessarily need to have worked as a Teaching Assistant before. Relevant experience supporting children or young people in a school, nursery, childcare or SEN setting can be valuable.

🚗 Driving is preferred

As we work with schools across York and the surrounding areas, having access to a car can be beneficial and give you access to more opportunities, although please still get in touch if you don’t drive.
