📚 About the role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning while working closely with teachers and school leaders. You will have the opportunity to lead learning activities, cover lessons and provide targeted support to help pupils reach their full potential.
You may be:
📖 Delivering pre planned lessons during teacher absence
👥 Supporting whole class learning
🤝 Delivering one to one and small group interventions
🧠 Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

🧩 Key responsibilities
• Deliver pre planned lessons across a range of year groups
• Support pupils on a one to one basis and in small groups
• Work closely with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
• Help create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
