The Role:
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across primary year groups
• Supporting children on a one to one basis and within small groups
• Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and development
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Flexible opportunities including daily supply, long term placements, and permanent roles

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience working with children or young people
• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
• Candidates from education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care backgrounds are encouraged to apply
