Castle Education are currently recruiting Learning Support Practitioners for welcoming primary schools across Malton. Schools are looking for motivated and supportive individuals who can help pupils thrive both academically and personally within the classroom environment.

The Role:
• Providing classroom support across primary age groups
• Working closely with pupils individually and in small groups
• Supporting learning activities and classroom engagement
• Encouraging pupil wellbeing, independence, and confidence
• Opportunities available on a day to day, long term, and permanent basis

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children or young people
• A positive, adaptable, and reliable approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
