What you’ll bring to Year 4

• Engaging Lower Key Stage 2 lessons that develop pupils’ skills in reading, writing, maths, and the wider curriculum
• Clear routines and high expectations that help pupils feel secure and ready to learn
• Differentiated teaching for pupils with diverse needs, including SEND and SEMH
• Positive behaviour strategies that create a calm, purposeful learning environment
• Collaboration with TAs, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
• Targeted interventions to boost progress and close achievement gaps
• A nurturing classroom culture where pupils are encouraged to become independent, resilient learners

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2
• Strong behaviour management and resilience
• Excellent communication, organisation, and adaptability
• A teacher who brings warmth, ambition, and consistency to every lesson
