We are recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants to work on a long-term basis from now within a specialist SEN provision in Driffield, Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a supportive and structured environment while providing consistent, meaningful support to pupils.
You will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and wider multidisciplinary teams to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and succeed in a structured and inclusive setting.
Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
• Support pupils to access the curriculum across a range of abilities
• Implement positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation support
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
• Support inclusion across classrooms and wider school environments
• Monitor and record pupil progress and wellbeing
