Looking to kick-start your teaching career this September? We are working in partnership with a well-respected school in Scarborough, offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role is Monday to Friday and involves full teaching responsibilities, making it ideal for an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive and welcoming environment.

The Role 📚
As an ECT, you will take on general teaching duties, including planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons across your subject or key stage. You will be supported by experienced staff while developing your confidence and teaching style.

Key Responsibilities ✏️
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
• Assess, monitor and report on student progress
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Participate in school meetings and training

Requirements ✅
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• ECTs are encouraged to apply
• Strong classroom management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
• Driving is preferred due to location
