Castle Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected Multi Academy Trust seeking an enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to work across several of their primary schools in the Malton area.

This varied role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a wide range of needs while working within schools that share resources, expertise and a commitment to providing outstanding education for every child.

In This Role You Will

• Support pupils with SEND both in and out of the classroom.
• Encourage engagement through creative and tailored learning approaches.
• Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.
• Assist teachers in delivering inclusive lessons.
• Celebrate progress and build pupils’ confidence every day.

• Has previous experience supporting children with additional needs.
