Castle Education is working in partnership with an established Multi Academy Trust to recruit an Inclusion Support Assistant to work across a number of their friendly primary schools in Knaresborough.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring pupils with additional needs receive the personalised support they need to access learning and flourish within the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a Trust that values collaboration, staff wellbeing and continuous professional development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Helping to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Supporting teachers with differentiated learning activities.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience working with children or young people.
• Is empathetic, reliable and proactive.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Is passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives.
