This role involves working closely with teachers to provide classroom support and helping pupils reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist the class teacher in supporting learning activities in the classroom.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence.
• Support pupils with social, emotional, and communication needs.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable.
