Rob is a Manager at Castle Education, specialising in secondary, further & higher education recruitment. He is great at building strong relationships with both candidates and schools, and is passionate about what is happening within the local area. With a young family, he is proud to support the local schools.

Rob has worked within recruitment for over 6 and a half years and has progressed to be part of the leadership team at Castle. Coming into the industry with a strong people management background from over 20 years within the hospitality industry, he has been able to transfer these skills to what he does now.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exploring new holiday locations and is a keen football & cricket fan.
