Libby specialises in supporting EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings to attract and secure the very best talent in the sector. Coming from an educational background, she worked as an HLTA and then a supply teacher for Castle before joining us! This gives her a real insight into the education sector and a strong understanding of the needs of both schools and staff.

Outside work, Libby enjoys staying active with football, squash, tennis, and long walks with her dog, Nancy. She’s a big football fan and will often spend her weekends either watching her boyfriend play or watching a match with some good food.
