Emma is a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant at Castle Education, specialising in primary education. She is a great relationship builder, with over 85% of schools in Scarborough and 95% in Whitby choosing to work with her. Her schools value her energy, enthusiasm and dedication, which have been key to her success in the sector.

Since joining Castle Education, Emma has progressed from Talent Consultant to becoming the company’s top performing consultant. With four years’ experience in education recruitment and a background in school settings, she has a strong understanding of both the demands of the classroom and the recruitment process. As Castle Education’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, she also ensures the highest safeguarding standards are upheld for both schools and candidates.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her partner, holidays in the sun, great food with family and friends, and of course, prosecco.
