We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school on a job share basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning while working collaboratively with a partner teacher. You will share responsibility for a Year 4 class, working closely with your job share partner to ensure consistency, continuity, and a positive learning experience for all pupils.

What You’ll Do

• Work collaboratively with your job share partner to plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Take joint responsibility for assessment, marking, and tracking pupil progress
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Adapt teaching to support pupils’ academic and personal development
• Work closely with colleagues to contribute to a supportive and inclusive school culture

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience desirable)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues, pupils, and parents
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
• A DBS on the update service is desirable, but we can support with the application process if needed
