We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) / Classroom Support Assistant to work in a friendly primary school in LS23, Leeds. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in education or build a long-term career in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support pupils’ academic and social development

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and flexible approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant – desirable)
• Must have own Vehicle
