This role is ideal for experienced TAs, returners, or those seeking flexibility without stepping away from the classroom.

The role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and learning activities
• Assist small groups or individual pupils with their learning
• Create a positive, well-managed learning environment
• Adapt confidently to different year groups and school settings
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies
• Provide brief end-of-day feedback to school staff
• Travel between schools as required, using your own vehicle

You choose the days you work and the schools you attend.
Requirements

• Recent experience working in a primary school
• Confidence supporting both groups and individual pupils
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A flexible, professional and reliable approach
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
