About the Role:
We are looking for a caring Special Needs Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs in York schools. You’ll work closely with teachers and pupils to create a supportive learning environment, helping students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils
• Assist with learning activities and classroom management
• Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
• Maintain records and contribute to reports
