About the Role:We are currently recruiting for Social, Emotional and Mental Health School Support staff to work within supportive SEN and SEMH settings across Scarborough.
This is a rewarding role supporting children and young people with additional needs, behavioural challenges, and emotional barriers to learning. You will play a key role in helping students regulate emotions, build positive relationships, and engage successfully within education settings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals
• Calm, resilient and patient approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Passion for supporting students with SEMH and additional needs
• Backgrounds in education, care, youth work, coaching or support work welcomed
