Hours: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role:
We are seeking skilled SEND TAs to support children with additional needs across Whitby schools. You will provide targeted support, implement strategies, and help pupils achieve their full potential academically and personally.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one or small group support for SEND pupils
• Assist in implementing EHCPs and individual learning plans
• Support social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to monitor progress

Requirements:

• Experience supporting SEND pupils in a school setting
• Level 2 or 3 SEND/TA qualification preferred
• DBS on the update service
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
