About the Role:
We are working with a supportive and inclusive school in Scarborough that is looking to appoint an SEN Behaviour Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, supporting pupils with behavioural needs to engage in learning and feel confident in the classroom.
You will be part of a dedicated team, helping to create a calm, structured environment where pupils can thrive both academically and socially.

Responsibilities:
Support pupils with behavioural needs on a one to one or small group basis
Implement and follow behaviour management strategies
Assist with pupils’ social and emotional development
Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment
Provide feedback to teachers and contribute to pupil progress updates
