Provide SEN Learning Support across multiple specialist schools in York. Help pupils access learning, develop independence, and achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and resources
• Implement behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
• Monitor, record, and report pupil progress
• Promote inclusion and engagement across classrooms
• Encourage social and emotional development

Requirements

• Experience working with SEN pupils
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to follow structured behaviour management strategies
