About the Role:
Join a supportive team in York as an SEN Behaviour TA, helping pupils with behavioural challenges to thrive in the classroom. You’ll implement positive behaviour strategies, support social development, and work closely with staff to create a calm, structured learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with behavioural needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Implement behaviour management plans
• Assist with social and emotional development
• Contribute to reports and feedback for teachers and parents
