SEMH / Pupil Support Assistant
(Long-Term – Full Academic Year)

💰 Pay: £14–£15 per hour

🕒 Hours: Full-time / Part-time
📄 Contract: Adhock (with potential to extend)

We are recruiting a SEMH / Pupil Support Assistant to support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in specialist settings. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to help students access learning and manage behaviour positively.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups with SEMH needs
• Encourage engagement, confidence, and emotional regulation
• Implement behaviour management strategies consistently
• Support inclusive practices across the classroom and wider school
• Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing
