Your Role

• Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable – Biology, Chemistry, or Physics specialism welcome)
• Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment, including practical lab work
• Monitor and support student progress and attainment
• Work collaboratively with department staff and the wider school team

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge across one or more Science disciplines
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• A commitment to supporting student achievement and development
