The Role:
• Supporting teachers within the classroom across the primary age range
• Working with small groups and individual pupils
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupil progress, confidence, and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with children or young people is essential
• A calm, positive, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting young learners
• Backgrounds in education, care, coaching, youth work, or support work are welcomed
• Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential
