You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching while fostering confidence, resilience, and independence in pupils within a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons suited to a broad range of learning needs
• Differentiate teaching to support pupils with additional academic or emotional needs
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
• Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting approaches where necessary
• Work collaboratively with support staff and school leadership to ensure strong outcomes for all students
