Role: Success Coach / Pastoral Support 
Location: Beverley 
Hours: 37 hours per week 

Castle Education is recruiting a Success Coach / Pastoral Support professional to work within a Further Education setting in Beverley. This is a long-term role with the potential to become ongoing. 
The role focuses on supporting learners’ wellbeing, engagement and progression, working closely with teaching and support teams to remove barriers to learning. 

Key responsibilities include 
• Supporting learners’ wellbeing and engagement 
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff 
• Encouraging independence, inclusion and positive behaviour 
• Building strong relationships with learners and colleagues
