💰 Pay: £14.50 – £17 per hour

About the Role:We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming Early Years setting in Elvington, York.
This is a key role within the nursery, where you will lead a room, support the planning and delivery of engaging activities, and ensure children are supported in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
You will also play a vital role in supporting and guiding staff within your room, helping to maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in Early Years settings
• Previous Room Leader or strong Senior Practitioner experience preferred
• Good understanding of EYFS
• Confident leading activities and supporting staff
• Warm, caring and proactive approach
• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
