Castle Education are recruiting on behalf of a number of high-quality nursery settings across York for experienced and qualified Level 3 Early Years Assistants.
These permanent opportunities are ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality Early Years education and supporting children’s development in a professional and nurturing environment.

Role Overview
You will support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework, helping children to develop key skills in preparation for their future education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
• Work in partnership with parents and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Observe and support children’s progress in line with EYFS

Candidate Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification
• Experience working within Early Years or nursery settings
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting children’s development
