The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting children’s development during their early years, helping to create engaging, safe and nurturing learning environments that promote curiosity, confidence and independence.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting children’s learning through play-based activities
• Promoting children’s social, emotional and educational development
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
• Supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework

What We’re Looking For✔ Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Essential)
✔ Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
✔ Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ A caring, enthusiastic and child-focused approach
