We are working in partnership with a well-regarded Multi-Academy Trust in the Kirkbymoorside area who are seeking an experienced HLTA to support across a number of their primary schools. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to work with a wide range of year groups and learning needs, making a meaningful impact across multiple settings.
In this role, you will provide high-quality classroom support, lead targeted interventions, and deliver lessons where required. You will play a key role in supporting pupil progress while adapting to the needs of different schools within the trust.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver targeted interventions across a range of subjects and year groups
- Provide classroom cover and lead lessons where required
- Support pupils with a variety of learning needs, including SEN
- Work closely with teaching staff to monitor progress and adapt support strategies
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment across all settings

What We’reLooking For
- HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum across multiple key stages
- Confidence leading small groups and whole-class sessions
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
- A proactive, organised approach and strong teamwork skills
- A DBS on the update service is desirable, but we can support with the application process if needed
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
