Are you an experienced HLTA looking to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives? We are seeking a confident and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a structured and supportive school environment in Thirsk.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver planned lessons and targeted interventions across a range of subjects
• Support positive behaviour management within the classroom
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and senior leaders
