EYFS Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the EYFS Framework
• Support children aged 3–5 with their early development
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with staff, teaching assistants, and parents
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils

Requirements for EYFS Teaching Roles

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (UK recognised)
• Experience or strong understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for early years and primary education
