Disability Support Assistant
💰 Pay: £14.24–£15/hour
🕒 Hours: Part-Time, Flexible Cover (Full-time may be available)
We’re recruiting on behalf of a dedicated service that supports people with disabilities to live more independent, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. This part-time role is perfect for someone looking for flexibility and variety, with day-to-day cover shifts.
What you’ll do:

• Provide tailored support to individuals, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect
• Assist with daily routines, community participation, and social activities
• Offer encouragement, companionship, and practical support to promote independence
• Step in to provide cover when required, ensuring continuity of care
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment

About you:

• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to support others
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable, with availability for cover shifts
• Previous experience in care or support is helpful but not essential – full training is provided
