About the RoleWe’re partnering with a welcoming and inclusive school in Scarborough to recruit a dedicated SEN Behaviour Support Assistant. You’ll be working alongside a committed team to create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment where every pupil can thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs
• Apply effective behaviour management strategies consistently
• Support pupils’ social and emotional development
• Help maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
• Work closely with teachers to track and support pupil progress
