Castle Education is working with a number of welcoming, well-established nursery settings across York that are looking for caring and enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years professionals to join their permanent teams.

What you’ll be doing
Every day is different, but you’ll be:
⭐ Supporting children aged 0-5 with their learning and development
⭐ Creating fun, engaging play and learning activities following the EYFS framework
⭐ Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
⭐ Encouraging children’s confidence, independence and wellbeing
⭐ Helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing nursery environment
⭐ Observing children’s progress and celebrating their achievements

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
✔ Has experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
✔ Is caring, patient and passionate about helping children thrive
✔ Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
✔ Has a good understanding of the EYFS (or is keen to continue developing their knowledge)
