We’re working with a welcoming and supportive school in Bridlington to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to a pupil, helping them to engage, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom.

✨ About the Role
You’ll be working closely with a pupil on a 1:1 basis, supporting their learning, behaviour, and emotional development. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive and structured environment, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 support tailored to the pupil’s individual needs
• Support learning activities and classroom engagement
• Use effective behaviour management strategies
• Encourage social and emotional development
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress
