Romilly’s the driving force behind Castle Education’s growth across Yorkshire. Her energy and brilliant communication skills mean she can talk to anyone — from headteachers to government officials — and get everyone excited about what we’re doing.

She’s responsible for building our team, expanding our reach, and making sure we’re making a real difference to education across Yorkshire. Romilly focuses on creating partnerships that last, developing new ways to help schools, and positioning Castle Education as the recruitment partner Yorkshire schools can rely on.

Her goal is simple: help every school in Yorkshire access the talent they need to raise attainment and improve outcomes for their pupils.

When she’s not revolutionising education recruitment, Romilly’s Co-Chair of the APSCo Marketing Forum and an ex-Formula Woman racing driver. Weekends find her supporting the Fern GP team, working to get more people into motorsport.
